This charity calendar has brought together almost 60 English bowlers to raise money for Cancer Research UK and Bloodwise.

The idea came about after Learning that Hunts bowler Hannah Overton had been diagnosed with Leukaemia.

To date more than £7,000 has been raised.

Calendars cost £10 plus postage.

It has been sponsored by Bowls International with support from Taylor bowls, Drakes Pride, Aero and Henselite as well as Bowlswear Direct.

The aim is to make as much money as possible while making people smile.

This is a fun calendar and about coming together as a bowling community and stepping out of our comfort zones for two excellent causes.

Bowlswear Direct are the only retailer used by both Bowls Scotland and Bowls England at their National Finals each year. Visit us at Northfield Ayr in July and Victoria Park Leamington Spa in August for the biggest selection of Bowls Clothing and Equipment in the UK.
