    Q) I have ordered Bowls, How long before I will receive them?

    A) Drakes Pride are currently quoting around 22-24 weeks from Date of Order. Taylors are 16-18 weeks, Aero are 12-14 weeks, Henselite next Shipment due May/June. We will contact you as soon as your Bowls are reeady to be despatched.

    Q) Do you have any Bowls in Stock? A) Yes we keep a good supply of Bowls in stock.

    Q) Do you have any Second Hand Bowls for Sale or do Part Exchange?

    A) Due to the Extortionate Second Hand Bowls prices currently, we only sell Brand New Bowls.

    Q) Can I try bowls before buying and do i need to book a rink?

    A) Yes of course you can try Bowls on our 6 rink Indoor Green or 10 rink Short Mat Bowls Rinks here at the Wey Valley Indoor Bowling Club. Unfortunately we cannot book a rink due it being a members only club, however there are usually rinks free.

    Q) You are visiting our Club with your Roadshow, can you bring along certain sizes/styles.
    A) We bring along to our Roadshows a great selection of our best selling items, including Clothing, Shoes, Bowls , Waterproofs, Bags and Accesories. If you would like us to reserve you a certian style or size, then please email us at (please note we will need around at least one weeks notice for your requests)

    Q) Will you be bringing Bowls to my Clubs Roadshow?
    A) Please email us at for your request (make/size etc and if available we will do our best to bring these or something silmilar on the day for you.

    Q) I have received my item but need to return it, what do i do?

    A) All parcels will have a returns slip enclosed, please fill out the retiurns slip and return the item for an exchange or refund. Please note unless the item is faulty then the return postage is at the customers expense. Make sure you get a Tracking number from Royal Mail.
